Taking the first step can feel difficult — especially if you’ve never had counselling before. That’s completely normal. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, here’s a simple guide:

Individual Therapy (50 minutes): A one-to-one space to talk through whatever you’re facing, at your own pace.

 

Couples & Family Therapy (75 minutes): Support to improve communication, work through challenges, and better understand each other.

 

Online or In-Person Sessions:
You can choose to meet in person at my office in Birmingham or online via secure video — whatever feels most comfortable for you.
